![]() PS is impressive because even at these very long ranges you can still spot the enemy and their movements, in HLL it seemed like you were only looking so far people tend to blend into the environment too much but in a graphical way, but the flowers, textures, interiors, is just very nic in HLL, some of the nicest I have seen. I think Hell Let Loose has some pretty graphics, but I don't think they suit the genre as well as PS, it's more fantasy, especially just in terms of being able to spot your enemies. ![]() ![]() Interesting video and pretty good, you brought up some noticeable points that should be noted, like the M1 garand ping missing in PS, that really threw me off as it's so iconic, so something I imagine they will fix as it's not really something you can miss. I would like to play PS as I am interested in WW2, but the lack of players is just so off putting. I get that, but why should I put money in either of it if I have Squad? Which provides a lot of content, a decently large playerbase and has the best communication out of all games I have ever played ? Because I feel the games are very different. Post Scriptums levels are just too large.įelt refreshing to talk about something else than the "this game is better" war. The real reason it feels like there's more people is the level design, which you touched on when you said people like the vehicle maps more. Hell let Loose is only 20 more than that. When recorded this footage, players were talking just as much in both games, and I joined several different squads in order to use the weapons I needed.Īs for the player count, Post Scriptum supports up to 80 players. Hell let loose or post scriptum full#I save details about the actual gameplay for my full reviews.Īs for the player count and people talking ingame, that's really just luck of the draw. Hell let loose or post scriptum series#My "direct comparison" video series focus mainly on visual components. If you din´t liked the comunication ion PS keep away from HLL! Right now ppl play it as a slow paced hardcore CoD. Second thing that puts me off of PS is the low player count, its much higher in Squad and in hell let loose.Īs much as I want to play PS and try to like it, there are essential things missing and putting me off.Īny words about that ? Your video seemed to concentrate a little too much on optical things. I have played PS like 6 or 7 months ago and have refunded it because people mostly did not talk to each other like it is common in squad and because everyone was playing these vehicle maps instead of some nice combined or infantry combat. Which game do you think looks/sounds better? After overhearing some people in both games talking about which they felt was better, I decided to break them both down and take a closer look at all of the details, including textures, lighting, shadows, and sound. ![]()
